We're pretty sure Google TV's going to be a huge theme this week at CES, and Marvell's Armada 1500 chip might be a driving force behind its adoption. The company's known for creating these reference designs, creating specific chipsets for particular technologies — it's done so for everything from light bulbs to tablets (like the OLPC XO 3.0, which the company's also showing off at CES Unveiled), and its latest product is designed specifically with Google TV in mind. Of course, the 1.2GHz chip could have plenty of uses, but its baked-in DRM, audio, and video capabilities make it a near plug-and-play fit for Google TV manufacturers. Take a look at the gallery below, and don't be surprised if you see a lot of Google TV devices with Marvell's chipset inside in the very near future.
