Amazon wasn't shy about reporting the one million Kindle devices it sold per week in December, but one important factor to keep in mind is international availability: the full line-up of devices is currently available only in the US. International users anxious to get their hands on the touchscreen iteration of the reader have reason to celebrate, however, as the Wi-Fi Kindle Touch is now available for delivery across the globe. Unfortunately, it appears to be through Amazon.com only at the moment, as none of the company's region-specific portals have the device listed. There are some functionality caveats as well: depending on your region, you may not be able to download books over Wi-Fi (Bulgaria appears to be limited to sideloading via USB, for example), and the Kindle catalog appear to still be focused primarily on English-language titles.
