After months spent in the preview stage, Spotify has officially launched its mobile app for BlackBerry. The music streaming service can now be used with a range of Bold and Curve models, though only GSM models are compatible for now and users of the Torch 9800 are out of luck. The app gives subscribers access to Spotify's catalog of millions of songs on the go, as well as allowing them to store playlists locally for offline playback. As with the rest of the company's apps, you'll need a $10 / month premium subscription to take advantage of the new release, but new users can claim a one month free trial from the Spotify site or 48 hours from the BlackBerry app. To grab it, point your BlackBerry's browser to m.spotify.com.
