A Chicago couple came home to discover the 23-year-old babysitter they had hired was falling over drunk. The 13-month-old toddler was not harmed.

Babysitter Jessica M. Vaughan was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, and a police report listed her blood alcohol level as 0.36. The legal driving limit is 0.08.

According to the Tribune, the parents left their child with Vaughan at their River North home around 11:15 a.m. on Monday. When they returned around 4:30 p.m., the woman was slumped over on the kitchen counter, and when she tried to walk, she fell over.

Vaughan was charged with endangering the life of a child.
