Little Market Brasserie Opening Jan. 18

Last month, Melissa Wiley posted about Little Market Brasserie, the new bistro from Mercadito Hospitality, Chef Ryan Poli and Tippling Bros. Mercadito's Alfredo Sandoval told Melissa the restaurant "offers Chicago a taste of different regions of the United States while using ingredients from around the world" and that he and Poli traveled to a dozen countries for research and inspiration. Little Market Brasserie is set to open its doors Jan. 18. That's tomorrow, y'all.

The 150-seat restaurant features a classic bistro design, courtesy of artwork from renowned artist Erni Vales, black and white tile floors and oversized mirrors. Little Market Brasserie will also have outdoor dining space for 125 when the weather fully cooperates.

Little Market Brasserie is located at the Talbott Hotel, 10 E. Delaware Place. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 312-640-8141.
