Check Out Apple’s New Palo Alto Retail Store

Apple’s new retail store in Palo Alto, California, located only a few miles from the company’s corporate headquarters, officially opened to the public on Saturday and here are a few snapshots of the grand opening.

Replacing the old store, which was located just down the street, this newest addition opened at 10am local time to a large crowd. Located at 340 University Drive, the store is about 15,000 square feet of retail space and features the trademark all-glass front of Apple’s retail stores. The new store is apparently “massive,” and from the pictures it certainly looks that way.

The original Palo Alto retail store was a pretty big deal because it was Steve Jobs’ local store. The late Apple CEO would sometimes show up at the store for product launches, like when the first iPad debuted in 2010. You can check out some photos of the store after the jump.
