A disturbing scene unfolded on Twitter over the weekend, as the rapper Freddy E sent a series of increasingly dark and depressed messages. The 23-year-old Seattle rapper posted more than a dozen brief messages between 12:52 PM and 2:34 PM describing in vivid detail his emotions and actions. "If there's a God then He's calling me back home; It's...all...bad...y'all *puts finger around trigger*." For several hours many fans believed it was just a stunt on social media, but the rapper's suicide has now been confirmed by his family and numerous media outlets.
This is the second time in three months a suicide attempt has been broadcast live over Twitter. A young woman in Britain live-tweeted her own (failed) suicide attempt in November. Just two weeks ago another rapper, Capital Steez, sent his farewell message on Twitter before apparently ending his own life. What follows are the final tweets sent by Freddy E.
This day couldn't get any worse...

Smoked my first pack of cigarettes today... been a long time since I've gone through heart break. It's a cold unforgiving world if I do say.

It's all bad y'all...

Cruising in the 300 Chrysler. Wishing the world could be a little brighter. But all I can seem to find is this lighter. It's all bad y'all.

If there's a God then He's calling me back home. This barrel never felt so good next to my dome. It's cold & I'd rather die than live alone.
