Xscape attack: Tattoo artist dies in hospital

A tattoo artist who was attacked in Milton Keynes early on Sunday morning has died in hospital.

Joseph Kent, 24, also a drummer in a band, had been in a critical condition at Milton Keynes Hospital since the attack at Xscape entertainment complex.

Three men, aged 22, 25 and 26 have been charged with GBH and ABH. They have been remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 22 January.

Charges against three arrested men are to be reviewed, police said.

Ch Insp Gill Wootton said: "In light of the tragic death of the victim, we will be reviewing the charges after examination of the results of the post mortem and medical evidence in conjunction with the CPS."

Two other men, aged 22 and 25, were also injured but were discharged from hospital after treatment on Sunday.
