This Friday, Jan. 25 at 5:30 p.m., Katherine Duncan is rolling out all of her February truffles and caramels. The full list is below, and they look great. For just $25, you get to taste all the truffles, plus appetizers from FIG Catering and wines from Provenance. We dare you to find another deal that good.
A few of the truffles feature our new favorite libations from Illinois Sparkling Company. If you're longing for summer, try a strawberry, champagne and thyme truffle. Maybe you can forget it's winter for a few minutes. If you want something more warming, how about a Maker's Mark caramel?
