Man found stabbed in east London warehouse

The body of a man has been discovered at a warehouse in east London, the Metropolitan Police has said.

Officers were called to the warehouse in New Road, Rainham, at about 21:45 GMT on Saturday.

The victim had a stab wound. The next of kin of the deceased man is yet to be informed.

A 45-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the discovery of the body. The suspect remains in police custody.
