Man charged over Peter Hagan death

A 21-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a teenager at a house party in south-west London, police said.

Peter Hagan, 16, was found stabbed at Albon House, in Neville Gill Close, Wandsworth, in the early hours of Sunday.

Romell Martin, of Fairgreen Road, Thornton Heath, south London, has been charged.

He will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
