Obsidian's South Park RPG has been delayed again. The Stick of Truth, planned for a March release, has now been postponed to "early fiscal 2014." Don't worry folks, that means it will still arrive in 2013, some time after April.

"I believe South Park's market opportunity is significant," THQ's new president Brian Rubin said in the announcement. "It is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated titles of calendar 2013. It is also an expansive title, encompassing multiple television seasons' orth of content. We have been working closely with the co-creators of South Park, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, to make sure all of the game's content performs to the high standards of the TV show, and this takes time. THQ is committed to giving gamers no less than the rich South Park game they have been waiting for and deserve."

So, South Park 64 this isn't?

South Park joins two other THQ games that have also been delayed. Metro: Last Light and Company of Heroes 2 are now coming in March 2013.

I haven't seen an episode of South Park in... eight years.

Seeing the screenshots for this game was like looking through a portal. One where I was twenty-years old again.

Unlike the Simpsons, South Park has got better over the years. Although this season is a bit hit and miss. Check out the Doco 7 days to air, shows how they put an entire episode together from idea to master. Really interesting watch.
