LINCOLN PARK — City living with a yard, indoor gym, home movie theater and a basketball court atop a four-car garage in the heart of Lincoln Park is just $10 million away for one lucky bidder.

The three-story, 11,000-square-foot home at 1866 N. Howe Street was recently listed with Prudential Rubloff for $10 million if the full side lot to the north of the home is included. But a buyer can snag the house alone for $8.9 million.

The contemporary abode not only has a 50-foot court in the backyard, it also features a 25-by-16 foot indoor Sport Court in the basement next to a fully equipped exercise room and across the hall from a billiards room and home theater.

The six-bedroom, five and three half-bath-home was the highest priced property in Lincoln Park as of Tuesday, optional side yard with wooden playground included.

The house was built in 2004, and was last sold in August of 2010 for $8.5 million, according to Zillow.

If a buyer managed to stay out of shape despite the in-home workout room and sport courts, there is an elevator that accesses the basement and three other floors.

Taxes on the home, which is listed by Prudential Rubloff agent Janet Owen, are $105,982.

The second-highest-priced pad in Lincoln Park, the Frances J. Dewes Mansion at 503 W. Wrightwood Ave., has been on the market since 2011. It is listed at $9.9 million. The seven-bedroom mansion, which was built in 1896, was last sold in 2001 for $4 million and was foreclosed on in August of 2009, according to Zillow.
