Roma community murdered in WWII remembered

The half a million members of the Roma or Gypsy community murdered during the Second World War have finally been remembered with a ceremony and memorial in the centre of Berlin.

The German leader, Angela Merkel, inaugurated the long delayed monument and warned that the Roma minority continues to face rampant discrimination.
