BBC Radio 4: Studio One sign off

It is a room in which prime ministers have been grilled, former BBC chiefs have felt hot under the collar, and presenters have suffered from occasional verbal slip ups. S1 - the radio studio from where BBC Radio 4's top news programmes have been broadcast for the past 14 years - is preparing to close down, with programmes moving to New Broadcasting House in central London.

Some of BBC Radio 4's most recognisable voices spoke to Paddy O'Connell on the Broadcasting House programme about what it had been like to work in the studio where news had been broken since 1998.
