1940s drinking law 'out of step with modern India'

Mumbai has made a name for itself as India's entertainment capital. Its nightlife is lively enough to rival any in the world.

But the city's police have been cracking down on clubs and bars. They say they're just dealing with trouble-makers.

But some see this as a tussle between old and new Indian values.
