A train company is adding more than 200,000 seats from Kent and East Sussex for Olympic "Super Saturday".

Southeastern said that there would be 67% more seats than on a usual Saturday service.

About 1,000 extra staff will also be working across the network to help with crowd management on one of the busiest days at the Olympic park.

The train company said it put on 168,800 seats on Friday with 98% of services arriving on time.

With the 80,000-seater Olympic Stadium open, there will again be an estimated 200,000 people in the Olympic Park.

Events got under way at 09:00 BST in Hyde Park with the women's triathlon.
