A secondary school worker has been accused of a string of sex offences involving three teenage pupils.

Emma Webb, 41, is facing 19 charges including an allegation she had sex with one of the boys.

She is also accused of performing a sex act on another boy and texting a third pupil at a school in Berkshire.

Mrs Webb, a married mother from Woodley, also faces one charge of perverting the course of justice, Reading Magistrates' Court heard.

She was remanded into custody to appear before Reading Crown Court on 2 July.

Mrs Webb was a cover supervisor and a mentor, the court heard.

The boys were aged 15 or 16 at the time of the alleged offences, which are said to have occurred between 1 July 2008 and last week.
