'Begging Romanians' held by police and Border Agency

Rough sleepers and beggars in London have been targeted in an operation involving the Metropolitan Police and the UK Border Agency.

It is believed some are impersonating police officers and targeting tourists.

The operation follows reports that homeless people, largely from Romania, have been gathering around Marble Arch.
