Two hurt as 'illegal rave' attracts 1,000

Two men were injured in a fight that broke out at an apparent illegal rave that attracted about 1,000 revellers to north-west London.

Police were called by London Ambulance Service at about 05:00 BST after the fight at an old industrial unit in Harlesden.

The victims were each found to be suffering from a gash to the head.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said the partygoers were asked to leave the venue and complied.

Police from Hammersmith and Fulham Police are investigating.

There have been no arrests.
