Royal Navy pilot on doing US 'Top Gun' training

When the Joint Strike Fighter comes into service, the Royal Navy's Lieutenant Daniel Latham is likely to be one of the first British pilots to fly one.

He is based at US Naval Air Station Lemoore in California, as part of the squadron VFA 122, where he is honing his maritime aviation skills.

He spoke to BBC News about what it was like flying an F-18 Hornet for the US Navy.
