Fall Talk Special

We hope you’ve enjoyed this week’s sequence involving a censor’s failed attempt to ban a book from the Mallville Public Library, which started here. These strips came out of many brainstorming sessions involved with writing our new keynote, How to Ban a Book, which we’ll be debuting next month at BookExpo America. We hope you’ll join us there. There’s still time to get in free!.

This is the second talk we’ve workshopped at BEA. The first, Surviving the Public, has gone on to become my favorite. We’ve given it several times this year already, and it’s a real crowd pleaser, both funny and educational.

We’ve still got a couple of slots open for talks this fall, so we’ve decided to have a special. Hire us to deliver Surviving the Public at your event this fall and we’ll give every attendee a free Library Notebook PLUS we’ll throw in How To Ban a Book as a breakout session.*

For more information on our keynotes and breakout sessions, check out our Talks & Appearances page! Or just email Gene.

*This offer is limited to 500 notebooks, but we’ll give you a great deal on purchasing extras if you’ve got more attendees than that.
