We've seen some impressive Lego builds before, but none of them played music — let alone the Star Wars main theme. It seems like a perfect match, and thankfully Lego took it upon itself to have a gigantic organ barrel made from its Star Wars sets constructed for the release of Episode I: The Phantom Menance 3D earlier this year. The height and pattern of the barrel's design pushes leavers in a particular order, which in turn play the keys of an organ, producing John Williams' famous theme music. The whole thing is made up of 20,000 Lego pieces, and scenes from Tatooine, Endor, Hoth, and the Death Star make their way into the creation. The set — made by professional Lego builders Rene Hoffmeister and Axel Al-Rubaiebeen — has been making its way around German movie theaters since January, but if you haven't had a chance to go to a German Kino recently, check the videos below to see (and hear) the organ for yourself.

    Thanks, Lorenz!
