Chicago Blackhawks Win Second Stanley Cup In Four Years

By Chuck Sudo in News on Jun 25, 2013 3:30AM

Isn't that pretty? The Blackhawks are turning the TD Garden ice into their own party right now after a thrilling 3-2 win over the Boston Bruins in Game 6 of the 2013 Stanley Cup Finals. Things didn't look good late in the game as Boston held a 2-1 lead before Brian Bickell tied the game with 1:16 left in regulation. Seventeen seconds later Dave Bolland sealed the Cup winner with a goal past Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask.

Patrick Kane won the Conn Smythe Trophy as the playoffs most valuable player and we're sure he'll find a way to drink out of it. We'll have a full recap of the game in the morning. Until then, go celebrate, Chicago, and act like you've been here before.
