Biker killed in crash on M3 in Surrey

A motorcyclist in his 50s has been killed in a crash involving several vehicles on the M3 in Surrey.

The crash happened on the southbound carriageway between junction two near the M25 and junction three at about 07:00 GMT. No-one else was injured.

Police said a blue Triumph motorcycle was in collision with a black Audi. Three more vehicles were also involved.

It led to long delays for motorists in the area until police were able to fully reopen the M3 at about midday.
