Fisherman Paul Turner dies after being swept out to sea

A fisherman who was rescued after he was swept out to sea has died, police have confirmed.
Paul Turner and a fellow angler were in a fast-flowing stream on Becketts Bank, in Horden, County Durham, on Saturday when Mr Turner swept away.
The 33-year-old father of six, from Horden, was pulled from the water, but died later in hospital.
In a separate incident 15 anglers were rescued by the coastguard after a wave hit Roker Pier in Sunderland.
One man was airlifted to hospital in Newcastle with a broken leg after a 5m (16ft) wave pushed him into railings at about 13:30 GMT on Saturday.
The other anglers were led to safety through a tunnel beneath the pier.
The Hartlepool Coastguard Rescue Team and the RAF rescue helicopter from Boulmer in Northumberland were involved in the Horden incident.
