Woman found dead at Millennium Madejski Hotel in Reading

A 22-year-old woman has been found dead at a hotel which is part of Reading Football Club's stadium complex.

Police were called to the Millennium Madejski Hotel early on Saturday after she was found at the bottom of a stairwell with serious head injuries.

She had been been attending a Christmas party at the hotel. Her death is being treated as "unexplained".

A post-mortem examination into her death is due to take place.
